What’s new for 2016?
The first, most noticeable differences between the 2016 Altima and the 2015 model are with the exterior. The 2016 Altima’s front end is all-new, featuring a V-shaped, chrome-trimmed grille and V-shaped headlights matching the new Murano and Maxima. The 2016 Altima also has several new wheel types, new fog lights andtaillights, and a new color called Deep Blue Pearl, which wasn’t available on last year’s Altima.
The 2016 Altima also gets some advanced active safety features that weren’t available last year, including forward emergency braking and Intelligent Cruise Control. The Zero Gravity front seats have been reshaped to be even more comfortable than before, and the center console has been redesigned as well. The Altima’s 5-inch color audio display is now standard, and Siri Eyes Free is available for the first time.
